Function description:
===============================================================================================
This example, uses the MCPWM driver to create 2 independent PWMs (running at the same frequency).
Square wave will be generated on channel 0 output PWM_1L and channel 1 output PWM_2L with the duty cycle
goes from 0% to 100% in steps of 0.5% every 20 Milliseconds and goes down to 0% in the same step.

Environment
===============================================================================================
Test Board:
---------------------
Smart EVK

---------------------

Assistance software:
---------------------
None

===============================================================================================
Usage Procedure:
===============================================================================================

setup requirements
------------------
Observe PWM 1L output on GPIO_19(J1.37) and PWM 2L output on GPIO_11(J1.19)
compile and run the application
Note : GPIO_19 is not coming out of QMS/Q7 package
===============================================================================================
Pass criteria:
===============================================================================================
Connect the external Tri LED to the PWM 1L and 2L outputs ,if LEDs brightness goes from 0% to 100% in steps of 0.5% every 20
Milliseconds and goes down to 0% in the same step then the test is success .
